AM Routine:
Cleanser: Start with a gentle cleanse to remove overnight buildup.
Hydrating toner: To prep and hydrate the skin.
Vitamin boost serum: Antioxidants to protect skin during the day.
Snail mucin: For hydration and skin repair.
Moisturizer: To lock in hydration and provide a base for sunscreen (not included, but highly recommended for anti-aging).
PM Routine:
Cleanser: To remove daily impurities and makeup.
Hydrating toner: To rehydrate after cleansing.
Retinol serum: For its powerful anti-aging effects (use every other night to start).
Snail mucin: To soothe and repair.
Moisturizer: A richer formula to nourish skin overnight.
This combination provides a good balance of hydration, protection, and active ingredients for anti-aging. The calming toner isn't included as the hydrating toner should suffice, but it could be alternated with the hydrating toner if needed for sensitive skin.
Remember to introduce new products gradually, especially retinol, and always patch test. Retinol is not recomended for day use and always use a sunscreen during the day with retinol serums at night.
